Baseball Camp
The Granite State Baseball School will offer a 3 day baseball camp
Aug 4th, 5th and 6th at the Brentwood Recreation Area on Route 125.
The camp will run from 8:30am-12:30pm and will be open to boys and girls ages 8-13. The cost for the camp is $120 and family discounts are available. Instruction for the camp will focus on hitting, throwing and fielding, defensive positions, base running and games. The Granite State Baseball School is owned and directed by Bruce Joyce, who is currently the freshman baseball coach at Exeter High School. Joyce has well over 20 years of baseball coaching experience, including 21 years as former head coach at Southern NH University in Manchester. Joyce's baseball school is now it's 20th year of offering camps, clinics and lessons year-round. He has worked together with the Exeter Junior Baseball League for many years to offer a series of winter baseball clinics and this past December started his Holiday Baseball Camp during the school vacation week. Fall Soccer
Registration for our Fall Soccer program for players PreK (4 yrs. by 9/1/10) to 4th grade will continue through Monday, August 23rd . Sign-up forms are available at the Recreation office or on our website. Season will begin on Saturday, September 11th and run eight weeks. Cost is $30/child (max $60/per family).
Coaches meeting will be Tuesday August 31st at 6:30pm.
